1) Foundations
Self‑paced prework + live cohort kickoff covering ACCORD360™, Conflict Signature™, and the Four EQ Pillars.
2) Practicum
Facilitate a live micro‑session with feedback; build a conflict‑prevention plan for a real client/team.
3) Assessment
Case evaluation, facilitation check, and implementation review. Successful candidates receive certification and license.

What are the time commitments?
